2009 Coaching Staff

Head Coach - EJ Tremols
EJ Tremols returns to the Piedmont Tsunamis this year as Head Coach, after serving as Assistant Coach on our 2009 black divisional championship team. Swimming since the age of 12, EJ was a member of the Brookfield Breakers where he worked as a Junior Coach. In this capacity, he gained valuable experience working one-on-one with swimmers from all age groups focusing on stroke development and improvement of starts and turns. Throughout middle and high school, EJ swam year-round for the Makos, Patriots, and later Curl Burke. As a member of the varsity swim team at Battlefield High School, EJ was Swim Captain from 2006-2008 and received distinctions as an All-Area, All-District, All-Region and All-State swimmer. EJ is currently in his junior year at Virginia Tech where he is studying Biochemistry with hopes of attending medical school.
