This is our CURRENT Practice Schedule!
June 13 - July 25, 2025
All practices will take place at the Simpson outdoor pool located at 14030 Clatterbuck Loop in Gainesville, VA.
You do not need to register for the sessions. You choose the days/times that work best for you.
Please be mindful and come to the correct age group.

| Morning Practice: 11 & UP | M-F | 9am |
| Evening Practice 8 & Under | M-TH | 6pm |
| Evening Practice 9 - 12 | M-TH | 7pm |
| Evening Practice 13 & UP | M-TH | 8pm |
Developmental Team (White Caps) Season Practice
June 16 - July 25, 2025
All practices will take place at the Simpson outdoor pool located at 14030 Clatterbuck Loop in Gainesville, VA.
EVALUATIONS will be done the first day of practice.
You must attend the session that you registered for.

* 8 & Under swimmers will practice at the Piedmont Indoor pool located at 14651 Piedmont Vista Drive in Haymarket, VA. A link was emailed to our 8&U families. If you did not receive, please email [email protected]
* All other practices will take place at the Simpson outdoor pool located at 14030 Clatterbuck Loop in Gainesville, VA.
